Blackheads are mainly caused when the sebum on your face is mixed with dead skin cells, which clogs the pores of your skin. In today’s time due to pollution in the environment and stressed life, this problem is further aggravated especially when regular care is not taken. Sebum is not bad unless produced in excessive quantities. Your skin has sebaceous glands, which are responsible for producing sebum that makes the skin lubricated. However, when excess of this is produced, it mixes with dead skin cells clogging the pores of the skin.
