Gargle one tablespoon of cold-pressed sesame seed oil as the first thing in the morning on empty stomach. You could do it in the evening also, but you should have eaten your food at least four hours before you do. Ensure that you do not swallow the oil in the process. You have to do oil pulling for 15 to 20 minutes daily or until the oil turns thin and watery. Spit out the watery oil and then brush your teeth and scrape your tongue.

  1. Massaging for acne

Massaging the face improves the circulation levels and helps in better elimination of toxins and bacteria. It also helps in opening up the pores that are choked up due to dirt and dust. The increase in circulation will help in cleaning the debris from the skin and eliminating the excess oil levels too. Warm sesame oil slightly and massage it gentle circulation motion in an upward fashion daily. Leave for 10 minutes. Dab dry using a clean cotton cloth to remove the excess oil. This face mask contains ingredients such as neem, turmeric, nutmeg, and sesame oil, the synergic effect of which helps in clearing out the acne and gifting you a glowing skin. In a small mixing bowl, mix 1 tbsp neem powder with ½ a teaspoon each of turmeric powder and nutmeg powder. Mix 1 tbsp of yogurt and whisk into a paste. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and mix until you get a paste of spreadable consistency. You can adjust the consistency of the pack by adding yogurt as required. Cleanse your face thoroughly with a soap-free cleaning agent and steam the face. Apply the pack and wait for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. Dab dry. You can use this face mask twice a week before bedtime to see noticeable changes.
