How To Make

  • At first, you need to mix all ingredients well. Stir the combination with an egg beater.
  • Now fill a large pot with water and put it on the flame.
  • Take a smaller pot and pour the egg mixture into it. Place the smaller pot into some boiling water in the large pot.
  • The steam will make the mixture thickened and solid. Cook like this till it becomes solid.
  • Cut the omelet into slices and serve hot.

2. Simple Omelet

This is one simple and easy to make omelet recipe that can be served at breakfast. You can also make a sandwich by putting it within bread slices.

You will need ingredients like eggs, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, salt, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli slices, milk and oil.

How To Make

  • Beat the eggs and mix milk into it.
  • Add all other ingredients and whisk with a big spoon. It should become frothy.
  • Heat oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture slowly.
  • When the omelet is solid, take a ladle and flip it over.

3. Egg White Omelet

The main ingredients are egg whites, salt, water, chopped tomato, spinach, shredded cheddar cheese and cooking spray. You can also use freshly ground pepper and chopped fresh dill.

How To Make

  • Whisk water, Egg whites, pepper, and salt in a bowl well. Then mix spinach, cheese and tomato in another bowl.
  • Coat the skillet with cooking spray. Heat it up and then pour in egg mixture.
  • When the bottom has become thick, pour the filling on top of the omelet and spread with spoon.
  • Lift the omelet and fold in half. Cook on low heat.
  • Serve it hot with sauce.

4. Cheese Onion Omelet

This is a yummy omelet that can be made without much fuss. You will require egg, oil, chopped onion, grated Parmesan cheese, Parsley and salt.

How To Make

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and caramelize the slices.
  • Whisk egg with salt in a bowl.
  • Then add the herbs and cheese to the mixture.
  • In a skillet, add some oil and heat it up. Pour in the battered egg mixture and spread evenly.
  • When the omelet is being cooked, spread caramelized onions on top. Some more cheese can be spread on top.
  • Fold the omelet and cook the other side lightly.
