Reduce Coffee Intake: It has been found that caffeine too encourages the development of cysts. You may not be able to (or need to) completely stop taking caffeine but you can definitely reduce the amount. If you are used to drinking 10 cups of coffee every day you may want to cut it down to 2-3 only. You will need to find other things you eat which are the sources of caffeine and reduce their intake. For instance, chocolate has high levels of caffeine.

Eat Green: Adding green vegetables and also fruits to your diet can tremendously affect the growth of cysts. If you regularly eat green vegetables it will lower the chances of the growth of cysts.

Exercising or working out regularly helps us in many ways. If you are fit your body is more immune to diseases and ailments. Regular exercise also keeps your heart stronger.
