1 cup barley,
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 pints water, and
Salt and sugar, as per flavor
- In a big vessel, add the water and barley, and carry the blend to boil. As soon as the water arises to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer till the level of water is condensed to half.
- Check once in a while or the water may totally vanish! Once the chosen level is reached, turn off the heat and let the combination cool.
