How To Make

You will need to cut the watermelon in triangular-shaped pieces. The rind should be discarded. Then heat the oil in a pan. Mix the egg whites with cornstarch and a little water. Then, pour watermelon chunks in flour and coat them in cornstarch batter. Deep fry the pieces in batch till the pieces become golden. Drain the oil from pieces and sprinkle confectioner’s sugar atop.
