Drink Water to Prevent Aging
Water is one of the best anti-aging agents present today. Most people do not realize the importance of water but keeping yourself hydrated at all times will prevent wrinkles on your neck. You should drink about 3-4 liters of water everyday to ensure that your cells are hydrated at all times.
Sun Block Creams
One of the main causes of aging is ultra violet radiation from the sun. People who do not apply sun block creams age must faster vis-à-vis people who apply sun block cream regularly. Even those who apply sun block cream ignore the area around thee neck, which leads to wrinkles on your neck. Sun block cream of minimum 15 SPF is recommended for people who head out during the day. However, if you are heading out to a beach during the day or for some sporting activity then sun block cream of SPF30 or more is recommended. Make sure that you apply the cream evenly around the neck from the chin to the collarbone. Moreover, apply the cream again if you are out in the sun for more than four hours.

You must negate the affect of free radicals by increasing items that are antioxidants. Green tea is one of the best sources of antioxidants for your body that defend you from the free radicals. Pomegranates also contain antioxidants that help in preventing wrinkles on your neck and face. Green tea also helps in reducing weight, which further helps in reducing wrinkles on your body. Drink one cup of green tea everyday to prevent wrinkles.
Exercise
It is always said that exercising regularly makes you look younger and prevents aging. It helps you flush out the toxin build up in your cells and thus helps in preventing wrinkles on your face, neck and other parts of the body. Exercise your neck area to stretch the skin around your neck. One way to exercise your neck and prevent wrinkles is to stick out your tongue and try to touch your chin with the tongue. Leave it for about 10 seconds initially and gradually increasing the duration. You will feel the strain on your neck if you are doing this exercise properly.

Mix honey and lime juice to make a mixture and wash your face and neck with this solution. This will open the pores of your skin and remove the dead skin cells in the affected area. Follow this treatment daily in order to get a wrinkle free neck.
Fish
Fish is always known to be very good for skin. Fish is a rich source of protein, which is very essential for a good skin. Moreover, some fishes like salmon are rich in omega3 fatty acids, which nourishes the skin and keep it wrinkle free. If you are a vegetarian then other sources of protein like soy are also considered good for your skin.
Quit Smoking

Moisturize Your Neck Regularly

One of the possible treatments is a laser therapy in which the laser enters the top layer of your skin and damages it. Once the old wrinkled skin is damaged, it is replaced by a tighter and a fresher looking skin.
