Aloe Vera: It is one of the most commonly used and the best method of removing your rash. It is very simple; all you have to do is apply the aloe vera gel that has been extracted from the plant and apply it on your skin.

Where comfortable clothes: Wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothes is the ideal way of staying cool in the heat. Tight clothes don’t let the skin breathe. So it is best to wear light clothes to avoid any sort of rash. When the clothes are loose, they allow the sweat to dry up.

While doing something like work out, you know you are going to sweat so you have to be careful. Shower as quickly as possible after the work out. Always try to be as cool as possible. In the summers especially, you have to avoid tight fitting clothes.
