Head acne that includes both scalp and forehead acne is a problem quite common. If you have to, then choose products that are non comedogenic and mineral makeup that soaks up excess oil oil without clogging the skin pores. Never sleep with your makeup on, make it a point to get all the layers of makeup off your face before you go to bed. Some good brands you can look up-to are clean and clear, clearasil and cetaphil.
