Make Sure That You Are Wearing The Right Type of Footwear
The first things first – shoe bite is caused by wearing the wrong type of shoes and using them extensively. If you see any signs of shoe bite then make sure that you get rid of the shoe and get a new one which fits better and is more comfortable. While buying a pair of shoes for you try it out well by walking for a few minutes in the showroom. Make sure that it is comfortable and you are able to walk properly. Sometimes people buy uncomfortable shoes just because they look good. Good looking shoes are important but they also need to be comfortable, especially if you are planning to use them for an extended period of time. However, there are some shoes which are so uncomfortable that wearing them only for a few hours can result in a shoe bite. If you are caught in a situation where you will have to keep wearing the shoes despite the shoe bite, at least buy a first aid tape and stick it over the area where it is hurting your feet.
You Can Apply Coconut To The Affected Area
A lot of people may not know this but coconut oil can be used to treat the shoe bite. The best thing about it is that it is easily available and you can buy it at any grocery shop. It is also very cost effective. However, it is more effective in treating the shoe bite and not in preventing it. So if you already have a shoe bite you can use coconut oil. You can heat a small amount of coconut oil and then gently apply it to the affected area. You can also mix some herbs in it and it will help heal the bite faster. Make sure you apply it at least two to three times during the day. If you are not able to heat it, then apply it without heating but make sure you do apply it.
You Can Use Aloe Vera Too

Let it dry and then you can wash it off with clean water.
Ice Is A Good Healer Too
Ice is known to heal the wounds, even the deep ones. If you want to heal the shoe bite wound then you can apply ice to it. Applying ice does not mean you cannot use other remedies. It simply means that you can use it as an additional remedy. You can apply the ice directly to the affected area or you can roll it in a piece of cloth and expose the affected area to it. Make sure you do this several times during the day and your wounds will heel.
